Above the Hawkesbury is a beautiful renovated waterfront reserve cottage with stunning 180 degree water views featuring picture windows, contemporary furnishings, barbecue decking, private jetty and pontoon and secluded picnic area down by the river. You have available a choice of two rooms: the queen with stunning river views. Friends travelling together or families may also use the second room which includes a double bed with a single bunk. A trundle single bed is also available. Only five minutes drive from the vibrant cafes, restaurants, marinas and boating facilities of Brooklyn, you are close enough to the action, and far enough away to be 1000 miles from care! Located east of the Pacific Highway and a few minutesâ€™ drive from the Sydney Newcastle Freeway and close to Mooney Mooney Club.
Equestrian facilities feature 32 stables, fully fenced pasture paddocks, fenced all weather riding arena, round yard, offering a variety of agistment programs or horse hotel for travellers, horse transporters or horse holidays. Mt White Lodge present superior service and accommodation, all owners and horses enjoy a relaxed and social atmosphere. We ensure attention to detail with each horse agisted with us, individually catering for each horse owner's requests in each agistment contract. We also provide regular feedback.

Pick a flat, grassy site by the creek and set yourself up amid the rugged sandstone escarpments and dense eucalypt forests. This pretty, sheltered area is loved by birds and wildlife too - you might see wombats, wallaroos, goannas, lyrebirds and tiny sugar gliders and hear the distinctive chiming sound of bellbirds. The first church service was held in this charming Wesleyan Chapel in 1855. It is orientated to face the picturesque Hawkesbury River, where the majority of early parishioners would have come from.
Tours of the Wesleyan Chapel and services can be arranged and it is also available for social functions.
Today Wisemans Ferry, 80 kilometres from Sydney city, is still the site of a ferry service across the Hawkesbury River....
