Ryder Homestead offers two accommodation options. The Homestead is fully self-contained, has an open fire, a slow combustion fire, an en suite room, five other bedrooms and a large well appointed kitchen.
The Blue Gum Cabin is a self-contained two bedroom rustic cabin with slow combustion fire, spa bath and well appointed kitchen. It sleeps up to six people.
Activities include gold fossicking, marked bushwalking trails, yabbying, outdoor campfire, star gazing, craft shed for kids and a games shed. Tennis, horse riding and gold fossicking tours can be arranged locally.
They accommodate couples, families and large groups, and their aim is for guests to leave feeling relaxed and refreshed and closer to each other!

Blacksmith's Corner is located in the old gold mining village of Wattle Flat which is 10 kilometres south of the historic and well known village of Sofala.
This landmark was once the original blacksmith shop and Cobb and Co stop in the 1880s.
Stop off and have a look at the old Australiana artefacts or walk across to the local arts and craft centre.
The General Store offers a cuppa and there is the rural and hardware store for any camping needs.
